Mike is a seasoned Senior Project Manager, bringing over 25 years of extensive experience in construction, including residential, light commercial, hotel and hospitality, with particular expertise in multi-family renovations. As a Senior Project Manager, Mike expertly guides his teams through every phase of construction, from initial planning and budgeting to successful project completion. His collaborative approach ensures strong partnerships with clients, subcontractors, designers, engineers, and architects, consistently delivering projects that uphold the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Prior to joining Drake General Contracting LLC, Mike led the Renovation Division at Prestwick Construction, specializing in Affordable Housing, HUD, and LIHTC projects. With more than two decades focused specifically on multi-family construction, Mike brings deep expertise in asset and cost management, capital expenditure planning, and sustainability initiatives that add significant value during project evaluation and execution.
